Week 1 (May 01 – May 07) Design planning and conceptualization with the mood board & social media plan
Week 2 (May 08 – May 14) Launch #SIPUnitedCares Initiative & Mindfulness Webinar, Kickstart social media posting
Weeks 3 – 5 (May 15 – June 04) Campaign – # SIP United Cares Initiative + Social Media Content

3. Project objectives:

  1.   Launch the #SIP United Cares Initiative as a new campaign by Social Innovation Park (http://www.socialinnovationpark.org/)
  2.  Increase Social Innovation Park’s social media presence across- Website, Linkedin, Facebook and  Instagram
  3. Increase the number of followers across the website, Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram
  4.  Increase the traffic/ visitors to  SIP social media platform
  5. Increase in the number of email database

4. Deliverables:

1 Collateral & content development
– A mood board / overarching theme for collaterals design
– 8 creatives (e.g. EDMs/ posters)
– 1 e-worksheet (4-5 pages)

2. Social media
– Increase SIP’s social media outreach & promote SIP’s platforms and programmes through a social media campaign
– Create content and schedule 12 postings (3 per week) on FB, Instagram and LinkedIn

Targets:

– Increase number of followers by 10% within one month
– Increase posts reach on FB  to 1,000 per month

– XX number of sign-ups for #SIPUnitedCares campaign & webinar

3. Website (WordPress)
– Design webpage for #SIPUnitedCares
– Generic updates – 3 times
